We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced part-time Bookkeeper to join our real estate management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks online and Excel. Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation. Conduct bank reconciliations and account analysis to verify accuracy of financial data. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to ethical standards in all accounting practices. Skills Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks online and Excel) are essential. Experience with double entry bookkeeping, general ledger reconciliation, debits & credits, account reconciliation, and journal entries. Ability to prepare detailed financial reports and perform account analysis effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
