CNC Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturer in
Menomonee Falls, WI . This is a

Express can help you take the next step in your manufacturing career! Key Responsibilities - Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or turning centers) to produce precision metal parts.
- Load materials, monitor machine performance, and perform quality inspections on finished components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and technical drawings.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain part accuracy and consistency.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and follow all company safety standards.
Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required; CNC training or certification preferred.
- 1-3 years of CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team setting.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Schedule - 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (includes shift premium)
