Location: Mooresville, IN
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts Available:
A Shift: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Pay: $21/hour
B Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Pay: $22.75/hour
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Safety Trainer to join our team in Mooresville, IN. This role focuses on conducting safety training and new hire orientations, with a strong emphasis on OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct safety training sessions for new hires and forklift drivers.
Lead new hire orientation with a focus on safety protocols and procedures.
Evaluate forklift driver performance and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Collaborate with leadership to promote a culture of safety throughout the facility.
Stay up to date on OSHA regulations and internal safety policies.
Qualifications
2 years Forklift experience required (certification preferred).
Previous experience in training, warehouse safety, or leadership is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Additional Information
Candidates must be available for an in-person interview with the client.
Steel-toe shoes and safety vest are required.
We are flexible with candidates' availability and shift preference.
