MEP Construction Superintendent (Portland, OR area)

Portland area commercial general contractor is looking for their next Lead MEP Superintendent within commercial construction and renovations that can bring their skills and personality to the team. Qualifications for MEP Lead Superintendent :
New Construction / large scale MEP projects with confidence in leading teams and projects from start to finish on time and on budget
5+ years experience in commercial construction as acting MEP Superintendent or Lead MEP Superintendent
Ability to track subcontractors' progress on the job, maintain the project schedule and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specification
Responsible for quality control and safety of project so will need self motivation, wont be micromanaged
Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting and productivity
Project experience between $5m - $30m a plus but also looking for those that are the "key difference makers"
Scheduling experience and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs
Knowledge of safety practices and procedures
MEP and Healthcare experience is NEEDED
